By downloading, installing, or using CadNic ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CadNic.

• Per-user licensing: Your license is tied to you, not a single device. You may install and use it on multiple personal machines.
• Device limits: Pro licenses allow activation on up to 3 machines.
• You may deactivate a machine at any time to free up an activation slot.

CadNic offers 20 free math/text snips per day without a license key or account. No credit card required. For unlimited usage and Pro features, a license purchase is required.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and all machine activations will be deactivated.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share, redistribute, or sublicense your license key to others
• Use the Software for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Circumvent or tamper with the license activation system

Your license includes all updates within your purchased tier. Updates are delivered automatically via the built-in updater. You may disable automatic updates at any time.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

CadNic provides analytical insights based on statistical models and AI. We are not liable for business decisions or outcomes based on the Software's analysis. Always apply professional judgment to any data-driven decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CadNic's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and cease all use. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where CadNic operates.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
